I haven't gotten to see this movie, but I think I really need to... is there anyone out there who taped it who would be willing to make me a copy or something? I'd pay you! Aside from that, I'll have to find someone to yell at until they get it on DVD...

I have Never gotten to see The Mystic Warrior On ABC When it came out. It is a shame that they don't come out with a vhs or dvd of this movie.

This is one of my all-time favorites. It's a shame it hasn't been released on DVD.

This is my all-time favourite film. I know all the dialogue and can even sing the songs!!! I taped every episode when it was aired on tv and still watch it to this day! This film takes me back to my childhood and scores an 11 out of ten!!!

Great movie, lousy soundtrack. Could be great movie if someone would remove the sound track and put a better one in. Robert Beltran's character Ahbleza is a wonderful heroic type and sort of a foreshadowing of Chakotay (the contrary warrior who longs for peace). There is much to look at in this movie and some fine acting and not just be RB. A couple of asides, this movie was a miniseries made be ABC and for some unknown reason has never been released on VHS or DVD however it is occasionally rerun on the Western channel. The author (Ruth Beebe Hill) of the book (Hanta Yo! )the miniseries was based on is very unpopular amongst the Souix Indians and perhaps for good reasons as she reveals to outsiders, just for their amusement, some of sacred customs of the Sioux.

I haven't seen this movie. I am looking for a VHS copy of it. Anyone out there know where I can find one?
